JOB TITLE: Human Resources Specialist
REPORTS TO: Business Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Specialist position provides support to a variety of HR programs and services. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to learn complex software systems, conduct HR data analysis, provide information and assistance to employees, administrators, job applicants, and the general public, and be a positive, proactive, and contributing member of the District Office Team.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month position with excellent benefits package. Pay range: $49,000-$55,000. Confidential, non-union position.
